Paul Locknar

Paul was born in Scottland-Lochcarron, Highlands, in 2308. There his parents owned a small cottage they lived in. He helped his father with the farming.
At night He would sit on the stone wall in front of the cottage and look at the night sky and dream of being out there.
In 2325, at 17 he got his chance and went to starfleet Acadamy, His study was Starbase construction, after four years he graduated with honors.
In 2340 Paul was promoted to Lt JG, and was assigned as liaison between Starfleet and the Starbases under construction he was attached to.
In 2355 he was promoted to Lt and attached to Starbase 49 Space Station Development Project on Earth, there he worked with Lt Cmdr Taylor and became good friends.
In 2361 Paul was injured in an accident at the development project while coordinating the shipment of parts to Starbase 49, he was in the hospital for a couple years, afterwards
Retired from Starfleet and came to Starbase 49 as Bartender at Q'Roy's Bar. to help with the construction of the starbase in any way he could, and see his old friend again.
